Golf Clubs Review: Adams Speedline 9032 Driver

The Adams Speedline 9032 Driver is designed with aerodynamics in mind. The shape of the club head reduces drag from the air on the downswing, and produces 3-4 miles per hour greater club head speed. Greater club head speed of course leads to faster ball speed and longer drives.

The 9032 is the second generation of the Adams Speedline drivers. There are a few changes that have been made since the previous model. It has a 17% larger face, which causes it to be more forgiving. The heel and toe scoops are 50% larger, making the airflow more stable around the club head. It has 10% lower spin, which means the ball goes farther.

The reviews from customers have been great. One guy reports hitting it longer than his Ping G15.

One interesting thing about this club is that it won all 3 categories of the RE/MAX Long Drive Championship in November. Jamie Sadlowski won the Open division with drives of 411, 404 and 401, with a winning 384-yard drive. Bobby Wilson won both the senior (ages 45+) and super senior (53+) divisions of the competition. His winning drives were 362 and 370 yard drives.

Sadlowski switched from Cobra last year to Speedline. About his recent victory, he said, “The Speedline driver was critical to my success this year on the competition grid. To be crowned long drive champion, it’s all about distance and the Speedline 9032 certainly delivered for me this year. The aerodynamic technology that is loaded in that driver definitely gave me an advantage during the competition.”
